KIT LIST
Packing for an exercise is important. You want to have the right gear to be safe and comfortable.
Review the kit list a few weeks before the FTX. Make sure you have everything you need before you start packing. If you are unsure about something, speak to your Chain of Command (your Master Bombardier / Sergeant / Warrant Officer).
You may need to adjust the kit list for weather. If the forecast is calling for three days of rain, it may be a good idea to bring an extra rain jacket.
Make sure your kit is packed up the Thursday before the exercise. Then, as soon as you come home from school all you need to do is take a shower, get dressed into your uniform, eat supper, and come to the rendezvous point.
